By accessing and purchasing from New England Clones, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our website and the purchase of plant clones offered through our platform.

New England Clones reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Clone Orders

All clones are cut to order from healthy mother plants.

Please allow approximately two (2) weeks from payment for clones to be rooted and prepared. This timeframe ensures strong root development and healthy plant starts.

Availability of specific genetics may vary depending on mother plant cycles.

Dealer’s choice or mixed clone packs will be selected from our available genetics at the time of preparation.

Payments

All orders must be paid in full before clones are cut and prepared.

Once payment has been received, your order enters the propagation process.

Because clones are cut specifically for each order, orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun.

Shipping & Pickup

Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information when orders are shipped or when clones are ready for local pickup.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.

New England Clones is not responsible for carrier delays once packages have been handed over to the shipping provider.
